Highlights From Working, Freshly Revised, Off-Broadway

Inspired by Studs Terkel's collection of oral histories about vocations, the musical Working, adapted by Stephen Schwartz and Nina Faso, boasts songs from Schwartz, James Taylor, Craig Carnelia, Micki Grant, Mary Rodgers and Susan Birkenhead. The current Prospect Theater Company revisal, representing the New York City premiere of the refreshed script and score, includes new songs by Tony winner Lin-Manuel Miranda as well as additional material from director Gordon Greenberg. Performances continue through Dec. 29 at 59E59 Theaters. For more on the production, click here.
