In Rehearsal: NY Philharmonic's Carousel Starring Kelli O’Hara and Nathan Gunn

The New York Philharmonic's Feb. 27-March 2 concert staging of Rodgers and Hammerstein's Carousel opened its rehearsal room doors to the press recently. Stars Kelli O'Hara, Nathan Gunn, Jessie Mueller and Stephanie Blythe (guided by director John Rando and choreographer Warren Carlyle) ran through two of the show's most beloved tunes "If I Loved You" and "June is Bustin' Out All Over." O'Hara chatted with Playbill about how the works of Rodgers and Hammerstein have touched her career. Read the Playbill.com story about the performance, which will be filmed by "Live From Lincoln Center," at Avery Fisher Hall for broadcast on PBS.
