Highlights From the West End Revival of Merrily We Roll Along

Stephen Sondheim himself described the recent critically acclaimed West End revival of Merrily We Roll Along (directed by Olivier Award winner Maria Friedman) as "the best I've seen." The 1981 musical, with book by George Furth and score by Sondheim, travels backwards in time to navigate the bumpy history of three friends who start their careers in show business together. Recorded in High Definition from multiple camera angles, the production will be screened in cinemas across the U.S. Oct. 23 by CinemaLive and Digital Theatre. The 7 PM screening also includes backstage interviews with the cast. Visit Fathomevents.com for ticket information.
