Suffering From Super Bowl Fever, Julie Halston Explains Football to Broadway Fans

Currently starring in the Primary Stages production of Charles Busch's The Tribute Artist, Julie Halston has a case of Super Bowl fever. A long-time fan of the New York Giants (she's a native New Yorker), this year she will root for the Denver Broncos to beat the Seattle Seahawks. Halston met up with Playbill to explain the gridiron game as well as wax philosophical about the many obvious similarities that football and Broadway happen to share. Check out Broadway show schedules for Super Bowl Sunday.
