"Broadway Belt-Off Challenge": Anything Goes vs. Mamma Mia!

Playbill kicks off its first-ever "Broadway Belt-Off Challenge," pitting the casts of Anything Goes and Mamma Mia! against each other in a vocal duel hosted by Lance Bass. Playbill posed the following challenge to both Wendy Bobbitt Cavett, music director of Mamma Mia!, and James Lowe, music director of Anything Goes: Create an entirely new, a cappella arrangement of songs from your score and enlist the help of your cast to show off the music in an innovative and exciting way. The team with the most votes will be crowned the winner of the first round of the "Broadway Belt-Off Challenge" and will go on to compete with the winner of Round Two.

TEAM #1: ANYTHING GOES

TEAM #2: MAMMA MIA!

Voting begins Thursday, Jan. 12, and continues through midnight on Jan. 20. Only one vote per person is allowed. Click here to learn more about the challenge from Lance Bass.
