Fantasia, Adriane Lenox and Dulé Hill Celebrate Jazz in After Midnight

Tony Award winner Adriane Lenox, Grammy Award winner Fantasia, and Emmy Award nominee Dulé Hill are returning to Broadway in After Midnight, the new revue celebrating Duke Ellington's years at the Cotton Club, beginning performances Oct. 18 at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre. Hill serves as "The Host" for the evening, leading the audience through the heat and glamour of the Harlem Renaissance using the words of Langston Hughes. At a recent preview that included a performance by the 17-piece Jazz at Lincoln Center All-Stars, Playbill spoke to the three stars about their history with jazz, and why they're excited to bring the music to Broadway.
