Highlights From After Midnight with Guest Artist k.d. lang

Featuring the music of jazz composers including Duke Ellington, Jimmy McHugh and Dorothy Fields and Harold Arlen set against a narrative of Langston Hughes poetry, Broadway's After Midnight began as the critically acclaimed Encores! production Cotton Club Parade. Guest artist k.d. lang (through Mar. 9) will perform alongside an orchestra of 17 world-class musicians and an ensemble of 25 vocalists and dancers at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre. Here, lang performs "Stormy Weather" and "I Can't Give You Anything But Love." Future guest stars include Venessa Williams, Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds and Toni Braxton.
