Highlights From Carousel at Goodspeed Opera House

Teal Wicks (Wicked) and James Snyder (Cry-Baby) star in the Rodgers & Hammerstein classic Carousel at the Goodspeed Opera House in East Haddam, CT. Based on Ferenc Molnár's 1909 play Liliom and set is seaside Maine, the story centers on the turbulent relationship between young millworker Julie Jordan (Wicks) and carnival barker Billy Bigelow (Snyder). Rob Ruggiero (Broadway's Looped and High) directs the production with a score that includes the classic tunes "June is Bustin' Out All Over," “You’ll Never Walk Alone,” "If I Loved You," and "What’s the Use of Wondrin’," and more.
