Highlights From Merrily We Roll Along at City Center Encores! Part 2

The Encores! concert production of Stephen Sondheim and George Furth's Merrily We Roll Along (to Feb. 19) stars Lin-Manuel Miranda (In the Heights) as lyricist Charley Kringas, Colin Donnell (Anything Goes) as songwriter Franklin Shepard and Celia Keenan-Bolger (...Spelling Bee) as magazine writer Mary Flynn — three friends, once inseparable, who are fractured by the choices made and paths taken. (Good thing the action moves backwards, to their happy beginning!) Part two of our peek at the show includes songs "Old Friends," "Like It Was," "Franklin Shepard, Inc.," "Opening Doors" and "Our Time." For more highlights, click here.
