Highlights From the Public Theater Production of Broadway-Bound Fun Home

Based on the graphic novel by Alison Bechdel, the Jeanine Tesori (music) and Lisa Kron (book and lyrics) musical Fun Home, which received a 2013 world premiere at the Public Theater, is now bound for a 2015 Broadway run. Tony Award winner Michael Cerveris and Tony nominee Judy Kuhn headed the cast in the story of the Bechdel family, whose one-of-a-kind patriarch (Cerveris) leaves lasting influences on his adult daughter (Beth Malone) even after his death.
