Highlights From Transport Group's Baby in Concert

With book by Sybille Pearson, music by David Shire and lyrics by Richard Maltby, Jr., the musical Baby is the story of three couples — each at very different stages in life — who learn they are to become parents. On June 18, Off-Broadway's Transport Group Theatre Company presented a one-night-only concert of the 1983 Broadway show. Tony Award nominee Josh Young, Morgan James, Ann Harada, Kecia Lewis-Evans, Jenny Fellner, Brian Sears, Julia Murney and many more performed the pop-kissed score, at turns tender, funny and joyful, including the numbers "Patterns," "Two People in Love," "I Chose Right" and "I Want It All." Liz Callaway and Todd Graff, who received Tony Award nominations for their performances in the original Broadway production, hosted the evening. For more on the concert performance, click here.
