Jamming with the Cast of Once: Part One

The Tony Award-winning cast of Once might be a little out of the ordinary for Broadway. Not only is the ensemble comprised of talented actors and singers, each member is an accomplished musician, playing at least one instrument over the course of the show. To kick off each performance, the cast takes to the stage — and the audience is invited to join them — for a unique onstage jam session, equipped with a working bar. Playbill dropped in on one such session as the cast tore into a traditional Irish folksong. To see Part Two, click here.
