Jenifer Lewis and Marc Shaiman Preview "Black Don't Crack" and More!

Following a twenty year absence from the New York cabaret scene, Jenifer Lewis (Hairspray, Eubie) is teaming up with "Smash" and Hairspray songwriter Marc Shaiman for a new one-woman show at 54 Below, running July 24-28. At a recent preview event, Lewis performed one of the new songs Shaiman wrote for her called "Black Don't Crack," along with one she wrote about her grandmother.
