Meaty! Sherie Rene Scott, Mark Nadler and David Friedman Preview Their 54 Below Shows

Three-time Tony nominee Sherie Rene Scott heads the list of upcoming performances at the midtown cabaret spot 54 Below. Playbill swung by the club as Scott prepared her latest offering Piece of Meat, featuring a new and eclectic array of songs from the likes of David Byrne, Annie Lennox and some original tunes penned by her music director Todd Almond. Also, Mark Nadler previewed I'm a Stranger Here Myself, a look at the composers of the Weimar Republic. David Friedman then ran through tunes from his upcoming Songs That Have Written Me, a retrospective of his composing career seen through the lens of time and renewed self-awareness.
