Jim Stanek, recently on Broadway as Louis in the Elton John musical Lestat, will take part in a free reading of the musical Love Incorporated.

On June 19 at 5 PM and June 20 at 3 PM Marc Castle's Love Incorporated will be presented at the Snapple Theatre Center. Directed by Chris Presley, the readings will feature the talents of Stanek as well as Becca Ayers, Heather Ayers and Rich Affannato. Jana Zielonka will be the musical director.

Love Incorporated, according to press notes, follows the "adventures of a young woman, Faith Stillman, a successful business woman who is hopeless when it comes to her own romantic life. She decides to use her business skills to catch the man of her dreams."

The readings are being presented by Meri Krassner. Love was part of the 2002 ASCAP Musical Workshop, and readings were also presented in September 2005 at the York Theatre Company.

Jim Stanek has appeared on Broadway in Lestat, A Funny Thing Happened On the Way to the Forum, Indiscretions, Little Women and The Rivals. Becca Ayers has been seen on Broadway in Avenue Q and Off-Broadway in The Third Person and Sarah, Plain and Tall. Heather Ayers appeared in the City Center Encores! mountings of A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, Bye Bye Birdie and Pardon My English as well as the Off-Broadway productions of Five Course Love and Sarah, Plain and Tall. Rich Affannato played Marius in the Broadway production of Les Misérables and appeared Off-Broadway in Forbidden Broadway: 20th Anniversary Celebration.

The Snapple Theatre Center is located at 210 West 50th Street. For reservations call (212) 391-2434.
