Foa, Fraser, Gonzalez and More Set for Flopz n' Cutz 3 Concert

| photo by Audrey Reuben | The Flopz n' Cutz concert series, which celebrates "egregiously overlooked showtunes," continues July 30 at Joe's Pub.
Produced and directed by Jamie McGonnigal, Flopz n' Cutz 3 will feature musical direction by Michael Lavine. Those set to lend their voices to the 9:30 PM concert include Todd Buonopane, Jenn Colella, Barrett Foa, Alison Fraser, Mandy Gonzalez, Chris Jackson, Meredith Patterson, Clark Thorell and Shonn Wiley.
The series, according to press notes, “aims to acquaint theatre enthusiasts with shows and songs that, while not quite successful in their original incarnations, still have merits that can be showcased in a concert setting.”
Tickets for the July 30 concert are priced $20. A portion of the proceeds will benefit The Joey DiPaolo AIDS Foundation and CAMP TLC. Joe’s Pub is located within the Public Theater at 425 Lafayette Avenue. For reservations call (212) 239-6200 or visit www.telecharge.com.
