More Magic to Do: Performances Added to Goodspeed Run of Pippin

Citing a demand for tickets, Goodspeed Musicals has extended its production of Pippin to Sept. 29 at the Goodspeed Opera House in East Haddam, CT.
New performances have been added on Sept. 27 at 2 PM; Sept. 28 at 2 PM and 7:30 PM and Sept. 29 at 8 PM. At the end of the shows run it will embark on a national tour. The close was previously announced as Sept. 24.
Based on the story of the son of Charlemagne, Pippin has a book by Roger O. Hirson and music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz.
Goodspeed's Pippin is directed by Gabriel Barre and choreographed by Mark Dendy, and Goodspeed Musicals by Michael P. Price.
The Pippin troupe features Sara Antkowiak-Maier, Stephen Brotebeck, Micky Dolenz, Jason Dougherty, James Royce Edwards, Dell Howlett, Ryan Patrick Kelly, Karl Maier, Barbara Marineau, Lauren Marshall, Candy Olsen, Joshua Park, Vincent Rodriguez III, Molly Tynes Corkern, André Ward and Dana Winkle. Swings for this production include Ashley Arcement and Brandon Tyler Fields.
