Pierce, Lansbury, Mahoney, Schreiber, Bundy to Be Featured on TV Spring Preview

Brief interviews with actors David Hyde Pierce (Curtains), Angela Lansbury (the upcoming Deuce), John Mahoney (Prelude To A Kiss), Liev Schreiber (Talk Radio) and Laura Bell Bundy (Legally Blonde) will be among the segments in "Broadway Backstage: Spring Preview," a special that will air on the New York ABC affiliate WABC-TV on March 24 at 7:30 PM.

The program will also include interviews with Michael Sheen (Frost/Nixon), Gavin Lee (Mary Poppins), Hugh Dancy (Journey’s End), Jan Maxwell (Coram Boy) and cast members from Spring Awakening and The Pirate Queen.

Other shows that will be featured include A Moon for the Misbegotten, Radio Golf, 110 in the Shade, LoveMusik and The Year of Magical Thinking.

The program is hosted by Vanessa Williams ("Ugly Betty," Tony nominee for Into the Woods) and WABC-TV anchorman Joe Torres.

The show will also have segments on such Broadway developments as Singles Night on Broadway and Signature cocktails, those drinks served at a theatre that are inspired by a particular show.
