Posey, Plimpton, Rockwell, Schreiber to Appear at P.S. 122 Benefit Honoring Bogosian

P.S. 122 will honor the actor-playwright Eric Bogosian at its 2007 spring gala May 14 at 5:30 PM at the Angel Orensanz Center.

Liev Schreiber, who is currently starring on Broadway in Bogosian's play Talk Radio, will give a special presentation. The event will also feature performances by Maggie Estep, Bob Holman, Bill T. Jones, John Ortiz, Martha Plimpton, Parker Posey, Sam Rockwell and Sarah Vowell.

Gala co-chairs are Molissa Fenley, Richard Linklater, Warren Leight and Lucy Sexton.

In addition to Talk Radio, Bogosian's works include Sex, Drugs, Rock & Roll; Notes From The Underground; Drinking in America; subUrbia; Humpty Dumpty; Funhouse; Men Inside; Wake Up and Smell the Coffee; and Pounding Nails on the Floor With My Forehead. He has performed in many of his works (many of which are one-man shows) and in such films as "Under Siege II."

The Angel Orensanz Center is located at 172 Norfolk Street. The party after the benefit will be at the club Element at 225 East Houston Street. For more information visit www.ps122.org.
