Tarzan Star to Play the Triad April 30

Chester Gregory II, who plays Terk in the Disney musical Tarzan, will go it solo at the Triad Theatre April 30.
The singing actor will perform songs from his upcoming CD "In Search of High Love," which features R&B/soul hits. Show time is 8 PM.
Chester Gregory II, who co-stars in Tarzan, made his Broadway debut in Hairspray. A native of Gary, IN, Gregory has also appeared in productions of The Jackie Wilson Story, Train Is Comin', Soul of Black Music, Scapin and Drowning Crow. His awards include a Jeff Award (Best Actor in a Review), a Black Excellence Award (Best Actor in a Musical), a Black Theater Alliance Award (Best Actor in a Musical) and an Audelco Special Performance Award in 2003. Gregory's new single "High Love" from his forthcoming CD is available for download on iTunes.
