Variety reports that Morgan's latest film will focus on the pivotal transference of American power from Bill Clinton to George W. Bush and how the Blair administration's relationship with the U.S. changed as a result.
The project, which Morgan is currently researching, follows in Morgan's Blair trilogy of "The Deal" and "The Queen." Morgan is scheduled to begin writing the film by the end of this year, with Michael Sheen reprising his role as Tony Blair.
Andy Harries and Christine Langan, who co-produced "The Queen" and "The Deal," will repeat their duties for the upcoming Morgan film, which will be directed by Tom Hooper.
