London's Donmar Finalizes Cast for McGregor-Ejiofor Othello

Complete casting has been announced for the upcoming Donmar Warehouse production of Othello starring Ewan McGregor as Iago with Chiwetel Ejiofor in the title role.
Michael Grandage's production will officially open Dec. 4 following previews that begin Nov. 29.
The cast will also include Kelly Reilly (After Miss Julie, Piano/Forte) as Desdemona, Edward Bennett (Measure for Measure for Peter Hall's Bath season), Michelle Fairley (The Wild Duck), Michael Hadley (The Vortex), Tom Hiddleston, Michael Jenn, Martina Laird, James Laurenson, David Mara and Alistair Sims.
McGregor previously worked with Donmar artistic director Grandage in the West End revival of Guys and Dolls, which cast the actor as Sky. His film credits include "Star Wars," "Miss Potter" and "Moulin Rouge."
