By Andrew Gans
15 Oct 2007

Barry Williams

Barry Williams, who played Greg Brady in the classic TV sitcom "The Brady Bunch," will star in a new musical revue at the Theater at HA!, the new 175-seat theatre located within Manhattan's HA! Comedy Club.

Entitled Growing up 70s, the new work — created by Anthony Dinapoli and Chuck Nice — will begin performances at HA! Nov. 15. Show times will be Thursday-Sunday evenings at 7 PM with matinees Saturdays and Sundays at 3 PM.

Growing up 70s features original music and lyrics by Ronnie Dee, musical direction by Kary Haddad and choreography by Leland Morrow. Jason Summers directs. Producers include Williams, Dinapoli, Good Guy Entertainment and Mayuri Breen.

The revue, according to press notes, "will take [audiences] on an interactive journey filled with colorful characters, disco, bell-bottoms, mood-rings, and unforgettable music."

Williams has appeared on Broadway in Pippin and Romance/Romance as well as in regional productions of Victor/Victoria, The Music Man, City of Angels, Man of La Mancha, Guys and Dolls and The Sound of Music.

HA! Comedy club is located at 163 West 46th Street in Manhattan. Tickets, priced $65, can be purchased by calling (800) 432-7250 or by visiting www.telecharge.com.
