02 Nov 2007

The Public Theater has announced the schedule for the final performances of Suzan-Lori Parks ambitious play cycle 365 Days/365 Plays.

Joanna Settle, who helmed productions of In Darfur for the Public, will direct the concluding performances on Nov. 11 at 7 PM.

On Nov. 12, the Public will again present Parks' last eight plays of her cycle, as well as the final presentations of the 365 Days/365 Plays from Rebel Theater company, HERE Arts Center and Pig Iron Theatre Company. The performance will begin at 7 PM with a reception to follow featuring playwright Suzan-Lori Parks.

Her other works include Fucking A, Imperceptible Mutabilities in the Third Kingdom, The America Play, Venus, The Death of the Last Black Man in the Whole Entire World and In The Blood, among others.
