Tommy Tune Launches On-Line Art Gallery

Tommy Tune has launched an on-line art gallery that features over 30 works by the Tony Award-winning actor, director and choreographer.
The virtual home for Tune's artwork is located at TommyTuneGallery.com. The gallery's art director is Peter Glebo.
Tune has painted throughout his career with numerous pieces sold to collectors over the years. His on-line works are reasonably priced; in fact, 34 of the on-line images sell for $20. On the new website Tune writes, "My intention is to provide art for everyone — affordable art."
Items featured on the new website include self-portraits, a series of animals from the "Dr. Doolittle Collection" and "The Perfect Pair."
A nine-time Tony Award winner for his performances, direction or choreography, Tune has helped create such Broadway shows as Nine, My One & Only, A Day in Hollywood/A Night in the Ukraine, The Will Rogers Follies and Grand Hotel. He helmed Off-Broadway's The Club and Cloud Nine, and he spent two years starring in the Las Vegas production of the spectacular EFX at the MGM Grand Hotel, where he was awarded Best Production Star of the Year in 2001. Tune was recently seen in the national tour of Dr. Dolittle.
