Additional casting has been announced for the upcoming world premiere of Edward Albee's Me, Myself and I at the McCarter Theatre in Princeton, NJ.

As previously announced, Tyne Daly and Brian Murray will be featured in the cast of the new work, which will be directed by McCarter's artistic director, Emily Mann. Daly will star as Mother with Murray as Dr.

The twosome will be joined onstage by Colin Donnell and Michael Esper, who play identical twins both named Otto, as well as Charlotte Parry as Maureen and Stephen Payne as The Man.

The production — which runs Jan. 11-Feb. 17, 2008, in the Berlind Theatre — will feature set design by Thomas Lynch, costume design by Jennifer von Mayrhauser, lighting design by Kenneth Posner and soundscape by Darron L. West.

Me, Myself and I, according to press notes, is described as such: "When a pair of identical twin brothers are both named Otto, how's a mother supposed to keep them straight? Master playwright Edward Albee is in top form with this dark, funny and moving play that takes sibling rivalry to existential heights."

Edward Albee won Best Play Tony Awards for Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? and The Goat or Who Is Sylvia?. He was also Tony nominated for The Ballad of the Sad Café, Tiny Alice, A Delicate Balance and Seascape. Albee is also the recipient of three Pulitzer Prizes, the Gold Medal in Drama from the American Academy and Institute of Arts and Letters, the Kennedy Center Honors and the National Medal of Arts.

Four major Edward Albee productions will be seen during the 2007-08 season, during which the playwright will turn 80 (on March 12, 2008). The season has been dubbed "The Albee Season" and will include Peter and Jerry at Second Stage; Me, Myself and I at the McCarter Theatre; The Sandbox and The American Dream at the Cherry Lane Theatre; and Occupant at the Signature Theatre Company.

The McCarter Theatre is located at 91 University Place in Princeton, NJ. Tickets are available by calling (609) 258-2787 or by visiting www.mccarter.org.
