Broadway favorites Cheyenne Jackson and Anthony Rapp will perform a duet at the third annual Broadway Backwards concert, which is scheduled for Feb. 4 at the American Airlines Theatre.

Playbill.com has also learned that the starry evening will feature six gals from the cast of Spring Awakening — Lilli Cooper, Lea Michele, Eryn Murman, Phoebe Strole, Jenna Ushkowitz and Remy Zaken — performing "The Bitch of Living."

Broadway Backwards III — featuring male singers performing songs traditionally sung by women and women singing tunes written for men — will also boast the talents of Sy Adamowsky, Brooks Ashmanskas, Gary Beach, Danny Beiruti, Michelle Blakely, Sierra Boggess, Tituss Burgess, David Burtka, Charles Busch, Kerry Butler, Liz Callaway, Len Cariou, Jenn Colella, Gavin Creel, Sandy Duncan, Malcolm Gets, Jessica Lee Goldyn, Julie Halston, Ann Harada, Neil Patrick Harris, Lainie Kazan, Kathryn Kendall, Aaron Lazar, Charis Leos, Jose Llana, Karen Mason, Kevin Reed, TASTiSKANK and Tony Yazbeck as well as a 30-member ensemble and a surprise guest.

Recent Ritz star Seth Rudetsky will host the evening, which is a benefit for New York's Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender (LGBT) Community Center.

In honor of the Center's 25th anniversary, remaining orchestra seats are currently being offered with a discount of 25 percent. To purchase these tickets, visit the Center online at gaycenter.org or call (866) 811-4111: mention the code 25YRS25TNECREP.

Broadway Backwards creator Robert Bartley will direct the 8 PM benefit concert with musical direction by Mark Janas. A party will be held at the theatre following the performance.

The American Airlines Theatre is located in Manhattan at 227 West 42nd Street.
