Gulfshore Playhouse in Naples, FL, will stage the Florida premiere of the hot regional property Married Alive!, to feature Broadway veterans Catherine Cox and Stephen Berger.
Performances play March 27-April 5 at the Norris Center in Naples, FL. Gulfshore productions play at borrowed spaces as the young troupe dreams of a new and permanent home.
The southwest Florida staging marks the sixth production of the original, marriage-minded musical comedy by librettist-lyricist Sean Grennan and composer Leah Okimoto. The writers have four more productions lined up for 2008-09. It's also currently playing in Kansas City, in a production that stars Barry Williams of TV's "The Brady Bunch."
Musical director for the Florida run is Keith Levenson.
