Following his extended stint at Off-Broadway's Union Square Theatre, Eddie Izzard will take his new solo — officially named Stripped! — across the country with a return visit to New York City's Radio City Music Hall in June.

The Tony Award-nominated actor (for A Day in the Death of Joe Egg) recently played West Coast gigs and began his current run at the Union Square Theatre Feb. 12. The workshop shows were originally scheduled through Feb. 23, but performances have been through March 8. Izzard performs at 10:30 PM at the current home of Jump.

Stripped! will embark on a national tour starting in April with dates currently slated through August. WestBeth Entertainment presents the tour. The comedian will return to New York City June 27 for a gig at Radio City Music Hall. (Pre-sale is currently available to fan club members. Tickets for the Radio City show go on sale to the public March 16.)

The Yemen-born Brit also boasts many London stage credits — among them the title role in the Lenny Bruce bio Lenny and the world premiere of David Mamet's The Cryptogram. His films include "Ocean's Twelve," "Velvet Goldmine," "Shadow of the Vampire," "The Cat's Meow," "My Super Ex Girlfriend" and "Across the Universe."
