PHOTO CALL: Broadway's Catered Affair

A Catered Affair, the new musical by Harvey Fierstein and John Bucchino, will officially open at the Walter Kerr Theatre April 17.

The musical, according to show notes, "reveals relationships strained to their limits when a couple must decide whether to spend their life savings on a family business or to launch their only daughter's marriage with a lavish catered affair."

John Doyle directs a cast that includes Faith Prince, Tom Wopat, Matt Cavenaugh, Harvey Fierstein and Leslie Kritzer. Music and lyrics are by Bucchino with a book by Fierstein.

Also featured in the company are Philip Hoffman, Katie Klaus, Heather MacRae, Lori Wilner and Kristine Zbornik.
