Several theatre favorites are scheduled to join singer-songwriter Jeremy Schonfeld May 5 at Birdland to celebrate the release of Schonfeld's new CD, "37 Notebooks."

In addition to Schonfeld, the 7 PM concert also boasts the talents of Luther Creek, Julie Danao-Salkin, Jarrod Emick, Donnie Kehr, Lauren Kennedy, Natalie Weiss, Kate Shindle, Amy Spanger and Tracie Thoms.

A portion of the evening's proceeds will benefit the Broadway Dreams Foundation; visit www.mybroadwaydreams.com for more information.

"37 Notebooks," which will arrive in stores May 6, was recorded at New York's Eastside Sound and John Kilgore Sound. As a special bonus, the album will be bundled with a digital download card EP of five exclusive songs.

The complete track listing for "37 Notebooks" follows:
"Storyteller" (Jeremy Schonfeld)
"Try" (Jarrod Emick)
"Greta" (Amy Spanger)
"Never the Bride" (Julie Danao-Salkin)
"My My" (Donnie Kerh)
"Falling Apart" (Tracie Thoms)
"Rock and Roll Fag" (Luther Creek)
"Sarah-Jane" (Jeremy Schonfeld)
"Do You Want My Life?" (Julia Murney)
"I Was Meant for You" (Lauren Kennedy and Jeremy Schonfeld)
"A Simple Plan" (Kate Shindle)
"Song for New Orleans" (Adam Pascal)
"House of Love" (Shoshana Bean with the Broadway Dreams Gospel Choir)
"37 Notebooks" (Jeremy Schonfeld)

Jeremy Schonfeld is known for blending tuneful pop, hard-edged rock, gospel, soul and blues. He's been compared to Billy Joel and Jonathan Larson. Schonfeld is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music and BMI-Lehman Engel Musical Theater Workshop. The album for his musical Drift (with Craig Pospisil) was released by Sh-K-Boom Records. That show was seen at the 2006 New York Musical Theatre Festival.

Birdland is located in Manhattan at 315 West 44th Street between Eighth and Ninth Avenues. For tickets, priced $25 plus a $10 food-drink minimum, call (212) 581-3080 or visit www.birdlandjazz.com.
