"American Idol" winner Taylor Hicks stopped by the Times Square Planet Hollywood May 6 for a Handprint Ceremony to commemorate his Broadway debut in Grease.

Hicks, who began performances as Teen Angel on June 6, left his handprint and signature in concrete for display in the popular theme restaurant. Following the ceremony, he posed for photos with fellow Grease co-stars Laura Osnes and Max Crumm and greeted a crowd of his fans, known as the Soul Patrol.

Also in attendance were members of the Grease production team, including director/choreographer Kathleen Marshall and costume designer Martin Pakledinaz.

Hicks is scheduled to stay with the show at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre through September 7.
