PHOTO CALL: Encores! Summer Stars Damn Yankees Opens at City Center

Jane Krakowski, Sean Hayes, Cheyenne Jackson, Randy Graff and company took to the stage for the opening night of Damn Yankees July 10.

The City Center Encores! Summer Stars production plays the famed New York venue through July 27.

Krakowski stars as Lola in the baseball-themed musical opposite Hayes as Mr. Applegate, Jackson as Joe Hardy, Graff as Meg Boyd, Michael Mulheren as Benny Van Buren, Veanne Cox as Sister Miller and Megan Lawrence as Gloria.

John Rando directs with musical direction by Rob Berman. Mary MacLeod re-creates the original Bob Fosse choreography. The cast also features P.J. Benjamin, Robert Creighton, Jimmy Smagula, Kathy Fitzgerald, John Horton and John Selya.
