The East Village gang is heading uptown. The cast of Broadway's Rent will perform and sign autographs at Bloomingdale's on 59th Street in Manhattan July 17.

At 5:30 PM the troupers will sing "Seasons of Love," "What You Own," "Take Me Or Leave Me" and "I'll Cover You." Following the performance, the cast members will stay for an autograph session with fans.

From July 9-20 Bloomingdale's is featuring Rent window displays containing original costume items from the Broadway production.

Rent, the East Village-set rock musical about artists and lovers struggling to be heard and connect, will play its final performance on Broadway Sept. 7 at the Nederlander Theatre. The late Jonathan Larson wrote its book, music and lyrics.

The cast currently includes Will Chase (Roger), Adam Kantor (Mark), Renee Goldsberry (Mimi), Eden Espinosa (Maureen), Merle Dandridge (Joanne), Justin Johnston (Angel), Michael McElroy (Tom Collins), Rodney Hicks (Benny), Telly Leung (Steve), Shaun Earl (Paul), Maia Wilson (Seasons Soloist), Marcus Paul James (Seasons Soloist), Kyle Post (Gordon), Andrea Goss (Alexi), Tracy McDowell (Mark's Mom).

The cast event will be on the second floor of Bloomingdale's — 59th Street between Lexington and Third Avenue.
