Gypsy's Tony-winning trio – Patti LuPone, Boyd Gaines and Laura Benanti – are among the show folk who will appear at the Lincoln Triangle Barnes and Noble in August.

Christiane Noll will stop by the Manhattan bookstore Aug. 13 at 6 PM to perform selections from her latest album, "My Personal Property." Noll will be joined by a few of her past leading men as she shares her favorite theatre songs with the audience.

Film actor Ernest Borgnine, known for "Marty" and "The Poseidon Adventure," will discuss and sign his memoir, "Ernie: An Autobiography," Aug. 14 at 7:30 PM.

Actor Malcolm McDowell ("A Clockwork Orange") and director Mike Kaplan will join the Film Society of Lincoln Center to pay tribute to late film and theatre director Lindsay Anderson Aug. 16 at 2 PM.

On Aug. 18 at 6 PM, a host of performers — including Steven Berger, James Judy, Michael James Leslie, Michael McCormick, Jill Paice, William Parry, Michele Pawk, Charles Pistone, Steve Routman and Karen Ziemba — will perform selections from Douglas J. Cohen's musical The Gig. Special guests for the evening will be columnist Peter Filichia, Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Frank Gilroy and fellow Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning lyricist Sheldon Harnick.

Composer Ricky Ian Gordon will be joined by special guests for the 5:30 PM performance and CD signing of his opera The Grapes of Wrath Aug. 26.

Klea Blackhurst and Billy Stritch offer tunes from their latest album, "Dreaming of a Song: The Music of Hoagy Carmichael," Aug. 27 at 6 PM.

And, finally, August concludes with the anticipated cast recording of the 2008 Broadway revival of Gypsy starring Patti LuPone. Gypsy librettist and director Arthur Laurents joins LuPone, Gaines and Benanti for a signing and discussion of the musical Aug. 28 at 5 PM.

The Barnes and Noble at Lincoln Triangle is located at 1972 Broadway at 66th Street in Manhattan. For further information call (212) 595-6859 or visit www.bn.com.
