California Musical Theatre's new production of Lerner and Loewe's My Fair Lady, in its Music Circus season, plays Aug. 5-10 at the Wells Fargo Pavilion in Sacramento.
Adapted from Pygmalion by George Bernard Shaw, the famed musical has book and lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner and music by Frederick Loewe.
Marcia Milgrom Dodge directs a cast that includes Kate Baldwin (Broadway's Wonderful Town, Williamstown and Huntington's She Loves Me) as Eliza Doolittle and Richard B. Watson as Henry Higgins, both making their Music Circus debuts.
Ron Wisniski is Col. Pickering. J.B. Adams is Eliza's father Alfred P. Doolittle. Dan Callaway is Freddy.
Josh Walden choreographs; Michael Rice is the musical director.
