Billy Porter and Matt Gould, the director and creator, respectively, of the New York Musical Theatre Festival production of Twilight in Manchego, perform at Splash Bar Sept. 8.

As part of Scott Nevins' Curtain Call series at the popular dance club, Porter and Gould will perform a mix of theatre tunes — including several from Manchego — following the weekly "Musical Mondays" video presentations of Broadway performances. The concert is scheduled for 11:30 PM.

Directed by Porter, Twilight in Manchego will play six performances at the ATA Theater on West 54th Street beginning Sept. 25. The musical features music, lyrics and book by Jonathan Larson Award winner Gould. The cast will be headed by Tony Award winner Chuck Cooper (The Life, Caroline or Change), Natalie Venetia Belcon (Avenue Q, The Glorious Ones) and Adam Halpin (Glory Days). The threesome will be joined onstage by Leslie Alexander, Alex Brightman, Jenna Coker-Jones, Paul Downs Colaizzo, Alex Covington, Kevin Curtis, Jill Ginsberg, Alexis Grausz, Jessica Phillips, Lucas Steele and Valerie Wright. For more information visit www.nymf.org or www.twilightinmanchego.com.

Splash Bar is located in Manhattan at 50 W. 17th Street. Admission is free until 10 PM; there is a $5 charge after that time. Attendees must be 21 or older with identification.
