Entitled "Talkback Tuesdays," the new monthly series kicks off with Tony-winning Chicago director Walter Bobbie. The discussion will also feature a question-and-answer session with members of the cast.
The series, according to press notes, is designed to "provide theatregoers with an exclusive, behind-the-scenes glimpse into the world of Chicago."
Chicago currently stars Bianca Marroquin as Roxie Hart, Brenda Braxton as Velma Kelly, Tom Wopat as Billy Flynn, Kevin Chamberlin as Amos Hart and Carol Woods as Matron "Mama" Morton.
Bobbie's production of Irving Berlin's White Christmas will open on Broadway later this season at the Marquis Theatre. His other Broadway directing credits include High Fidelity, Sweet Charity, Twentieth Century, Footloose and A Grand Night for Singing.
Tickets for the Sept. 23 "Talkback Tuesdays" performance are available by calling (212) 239-6200 or by visiting www.telecharge.com.
The Ambassador Theatre is located in Manhattan at 219 West 49th Street.
