A staged reading of Isaac Bashevis Singer's Sin, adapted by Mark Altman from "The Unseen," will be presented Oct. 5 at the JCC in Manhattan.
Directed by Robert Kalfin, the reading will boast the talents of Academy Award winner F. Murray Abraham as well as Mary Rose Synek, Laura Daniel, Paul Hecht, Marilyn Chris and Alvin Epstein. Show time is 3 PM.
Sin, according to press notes, is "a hilarious and moving tale of devilish deeds by a master storyteller who has dwelt in both the old world and in modernity."
The JCC in Manhattan is located at 334 Amsterdam Avenue at 76th Street. Tickets, priced $10, are available by visiting www.jccmanhattan.org.
