The WaxFactory's Blind.ness, an exploration of the underbelly of love, begins performances at Performance Space 122 Oct. 12.
Directed by Ivan Talijancic and co-written with Slovene playwright Simona Semenic, Blind.ness utilizes visual and musical elements from pop culture references – including songs by Garbage and P.J. Harvey – to expose the emotional nature of love through absence and yearning, while asking "What transpires when love becomes a four-letter word?"
Designing the production are Antonio Giacomin (video design), Minimart (scenic design) and Random Logic of Slovenia (original sound).
Tickets are available by phoning (212) 352-3101 or by visiting PS122.
PS 122 is located in Manhattan at 150 1st Avenue at East 9th Street.
