In the New York area, "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" airs on WNBC-TV, Channel 4 at 12:35 AM. Check local listings.
The Royal Court Theatre's production of Anton Chekhov's The Seagull, in a new version by Christopher Hampton and directed by Ian Rickson, is playing the Walter Kerr Theatre (219 West 48th Street), where it opened on Oct. 2.
The production, marking the Broadway debut of Sarsgaard, plays a strictly limited engagement through Dec. 21.
Sarsgaard's theatre credits include Kingdom of Earth (directed by John Cameron Mitchell), Burn This (Signature Theatre Company), Horton Foote's Laura Dennis (Signature Theatre Company) and the films "Rendition," "Kinsey," "Shattered Glass," "Boys Don't Cry," "Year of the Dog," "Jarhead," "The Center of the World," "Flightplan," "The Dying Gaul," "Garden State," "Elegy" and the upcoming "An Education," "Orphan," "In the Electric Mist" and "The Mysteries of Pittsburgh."
