Entitled "One Night Only ... With a Little Help From Our Friends," the Dec. 2 benefit will be held at UCLA's Royce Hall.

The evening, which will be hosted by Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, will also include a presentation of You Can't Take It With You. In addition to Hanks and Wilson, the performance will also boast the talents of Annette Bening, Martin Short and Charles Durning. Nora Ephron directs; show time is 7:30 PM.
