PHOTO CALL: Hairspray Welcomes Back Harvey Fierstein

The Tony-winning Broadway musical Hairspray welcomed back original star Harvey Fierstein Nov. 11 for the show's final eight weeks.
The cast and creators were on hand to welcome back the star with a post-show party at The Palm in New York City.
Hairspray, based on the 1988 John Waters film comedy, is slated to close Jan. 4, 2009, at the Neil Simon Theatre.
Four-time Tony Award winner Fierstein reprises his 2003 Tony-winning performance as Edna Turnblad opposite Marissa Perry as Tracy Turnblad with a cast that includes Karen Mason, Tevin Campbell, Charlotte Crossley, Kate Loprest, Ken Marks, Kevin Meaney, Susan Mosher, Constantine Rousouli, Niki Scalera, Clarke Thorell and Melissa VanPelt.
