Entitled "This Is the Life," the single CD can be downloaded by visiting Cdbaby.com. The recording boasts a mix of Broadway songs, Big Band tunes, standards and classical pop.

Buryl Red conducted the musicians, led by Joseph Joubert on piano. Both Red and Joubert produced, arranged and orchestrated the tracks.

The complete track listing for "This Is the Life" follows:
"This Is the Life"
"Wouldn't It Be Loverly?"
"No One Is Alone"
"Before the Parade Passes By"
"Moon River"
"We Live On Borrowed Time"
"It's Not Unusual"
"Misty"
"All the Things You Are"
"Di Provenza"
"Go the Distance"

In addition to Mermaid, Norm Lewis has been seen on Broadway in The Wild Party, Side Show, Miss Saigon and The Who's Tommy. His Off-Broadway credits include Captains Courageous and A New Brain, and he has toured with Once on This Island and Four Score & Seven Years Ago. Lewis' other theatrical credits include the all-star Dreamgirls, Hair and Children of Eden concerts, the City Center Encores! production of Golden Boy and regional productions of Ragtime, Pippin and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum.

As previously announced, Lewis will offer a solo concert Dec. 1 at 9:30 PM at Joe's Pub, which is located within the Public Theater.

"This Is the Life" is available on CDbaby.com for $9.99. The recording will be available on iTunes shortly.
