Tony Award winner Melba Moore, who was most recently on Broadway as the ill-fated Fantine in the original production of Les Misérables, and Darlene Love, who spent over two years as Motormouth Maybelle in the Broadway production of Hairspray, will join forces for a holiday engagement in San Francisco.

The two dynamic singers will offer Moore Love for the Holidays at The Rrazz Room at Hotel Nikko Dec. 27, 2008-Jan. 4, 2009. The engagement will also include two shows on New Year's Eve.

Actress-singer Darlene Love, whose pop hits include such '60s classics as "He's a Rebel" and "Da Doo Ron Ron," has appeared on Broadway in Hairspray, Grease, Leader of the Pack and the cult classic Carrie. She was also nominated to the Rock 'N Roll Hall of Fame. Love's screen credits include "Shindig!," "Change of Habit," "Another World" and all four "Lethal Weapon" films. Her more recent recordings are titled "Age of Miracles" and "Unconditional Love."

A singer with a multi-octave range, Melba Moore began her career as a back-up singer for the likes of Aretha Franklin, Dionne Warwick and Liza Minnelli. Her work in the original company of Hair led to her Tony-winning role in Purlie, and since then Moore has performed in concert arenas throughout the world. Her R&B hits include "I Am His Lady," "Falling" and "Read My Lips," which was nominated for a Grammy Award. Moore was also seen in the Paramount film "The Fighting Temptations."

The Rrazz Room at Hotel Nikko is located at 222 Mason Street in Union Square in San Francisco, CA. For reservations visit www.TheRrazzRoom.com or call (415) 394-1189 or (866) 468-3399.
