DiBuono, Gallagher, Stanek, Summerford and More Set for Free Holiday Songbook Concert

The acclaimed Songbook series — produced, directed and hosted by John F. Znidarsic — will continue Dec. 14 with an afternoon simply titled Holiday Songbook.

The free 2:30 PM concert will feature the songs of composers and/or lyricists Lisa Bianchi, Thomas Caruso, Bobby Cronin, Andrew Zachary Cohen, Michael Cooper, Rick Hip Flores, Andrew Fornarola, Adam Gwon, Robin Gelfenbien, Sean Hartley, Rob Hartmann, Sophie Jaff, Mark Janas, Edward Kukolsky, Jessica Lanzetta, Nicholas Levin, Sue Maskaleris, Sue Matsuki, James Merillat, Paul D. Mills, Peter Napolitano, Joel B. New, John Prestianni, Stephen Randoy, Rob Rokicki, Steven Silverstein, Joan Ross Sorkin, Paul Stephan, Ryan Stotts, Shannon Thurston and Jay Alan Zimmerman.

Performing the work of these songwriters will be Mary Ellen Ashley, Raissa Katona Bennett, Toni DiBuono, Brian Gallagher, Michael Galyon, Robin Gelfenbien, Sean Hartley, Annie Lebeaux, Zach Landes, Jessica Lanzetta, Robyn Elizabeth Lee, Kara Lindsey, Kevin Massey, Sue Matsuki, Tracy McDowell, Kathy Morath, Lauren Robert, Alan Shaw, Jim Stanek, Gabrielle Stravelli, Denise Summerford, Deborah Tranelli, Stephen Wilde, Samantha Grenell-Zaidman and Ellen Zolezzi.

Now in its 18th season, the Songbook series is held at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts' Bruno Walter Auditorium, which is located at 111 Amsterdam Avenue, south of 65th Street.
