You're Welcome America Opening-Night Package to Benefit BC/EFA

"Extraordinary eBay," the online fundraising initiative started by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS last summer, continues with a You're Welcome America. A Final Night with George W Bush package that is now available for bidding.

The You're Welcome America package, donated by the producers of the new comedy, includes two tickets to the opening-night performance Feb. 5 as well as two passes to the star-studded opening-night party.

The show, which casts "Saturday Night" alum Will Ferrell as President George W. Bush, is directed by Adam McKay, Ferrell's longtime collaborator, and director of the comedy films "Anchorman," "Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby" and the recent "Step Brothers," all Ferrell vehicles. The limited run is currently scheduled to play through March 15.

"It's time for a change in America, but not without a few parting words from the 43rd President of the United States," according to You're Welcome America press notes. "Don't miss your chance to discover the man behind the myth, the truth behind the lies, and the logic behind the illogical in this limited Broadway event."
