Casting Complete for New Off-Broadway Musical Hell's Kitchen

Casting has been announced for the new Off-Broadway production Hell's Kitchen The Musical, which will begin its limited engagement at the Hudson Guild Theater at the John Lovejoy Elliott Center Feb. 11.

Directed by Jo-Ann Oakes, the cast will comprise Omar Edwards, Andrew Drost, Gabrielle Visser, Chris Farha, Jared Troilo, Aimee Corley, Joshua Antonucci, Leandra Ramm, Paul Luoma, Bridget Bailey, Kyle Kleibecker, Heidi Beckman, Alex Perrone, Marissa Parness, Mallory Taylor, Ross Boehringer, John Blackwell, Michael Briatico, Eddie Wardel, Danielle Ryan, Carina Scott, Allison Young, David Albright, Ika Chigogidze and Lauren Kampf. Performances will continue through March 8.

Hell's Kitchen The Musical features book, lyrics and music by Jon Montgomery with additional music by Toby Kasavan.

The musical, according to press notes, "takes place in the early 1960's in a neighborhood both feared and respected by those who stepped within its borders. Hell's Kitchen follows the life of Danny Vincente and his friends and family. The show has doo-wop on street corners, street smart scams, rooftop sanctuaries, mobsters, strippers, the scintillating rock scene of New York's 1960s, and 25 memorable songs."

The creative team also includes choreographer Joe Barros, set designer Emmett M'Connell, lighting designer Michael Megliola and costume designer Jennifer Anderson.
