Pinkalicious features book and lyrics by Elizabeth Kann and Victoria Kann and music, lyrics and orchestrations by John Gregor. Teresa K. Pond directs with musical direction by Jad Bernardo. Following a run at New World Stages last year, Pinkalicious began performances at the Bleecker Street Theatre Nov. 1, 2008.
The musical is described as such: "Pinkalicious can't stop eating pink cupcakes despite warnings from her parents. Her pink indulgence lands her at the doctor's office with Pinkititis, an affliction that turns her pink from head to toe — a dream come true for this pink loving enthusiast. But when her hue goes too far, only Pinkalicious can figure out a way to get out of this predicament."
The cast features Jill Taylor Anthony, Marc De La Concha, Colleen Fee, Molly Gilman, Dan Lawler, Kyle Minshew, Rori Nogee, Lindsie Van Winkle and Nathaniel Timmerman.
The creative team includes Dax Valdes (choreography), Colleen Kesterson and Randi Fowler (costume design), Mary Hamrick (set design), Kerry McGuire and Dan Jagendorf (props and additional set design).
Tickets are available by visiting Telecharge. The Bleecker Street Theatre is located at 45 Bleecker Street in Manhattan.
