Blithe Spirit Opening-Night Package to Benefit BC/EFA

"Extraordinary eBay," the online fundraising initiative started by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS last summer, continues with an opening-night package for the starry revival of Noel Coward's Blithe Spirit.

The Blithe Spirit package — donated by the producers of the play — includes the following items:

  • A pair of VIP tickets to the opening night of Blithe Spirit March 15 at the Shubert Theatre.

  • Two passes to the opening-night party immediately following the performance.

    Blithe Spirit, according to press notes, is a "wickedly funny comedy about a successful novelist haunted by his biggest fan — his deceased first wife." The cast boasts Angela Lansbury, Christine Ebersole and Rupert Everett. Michael Blakemore directs.

    Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS is the nation's largest industry-based, nonprofit AIDS fundraising and grant-making organization.
